Unlike traditional melting methods, this furnace adopts a fully enclosed structure, injecting argon or a mixed protective gas to create a stable inert atmosphere, effectively isolating oxygen and preventing oxidation or even combustion of molten magnesium at high temperatures. Its automated system is linked in real time with the die casting machine, precisely controlling the melting temperature, holding time, and magnesium composition to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality molten magnesium with uniform composition, stable temperature, and low gas content to the die casting unit. This integrated design not only significantly improves the stability and safety of the liquid supply process but also significantly reduces casting defects caused by oxidation inclusions. It also reduces manual intervention and protective gas consumption, making it a key component in achieving high-efficiency, low-loss, and fully automated die casting production of magnesium alloys.
