Product R&D and manufacturing process
The design team comprises technical developers with many years of experience in the magnesium alloy industry, possessing full-process management capabilities from product development and design to production process development and product delivery.
They complete the structural design and functional CAE analysis, as well as functional verification of magnesium alloy products, entirely in accordance with customer requirements and ISO/IATF16949 procedures.

Environmental data analysis
Based on the environmental data provided by the client, a preliminary feasibility analysis and assessment will be conducted.

Structural optimization design
The structural design is close to actual production needs, taking into account both lightweight and manufacturability.

CAE Analysis and Optimization
Multi-dimensional simulation analysis, including load-bearing capacity, modal response, and harmonic response, is conducted to mitigate design risks.

Product performance optimization
The analysis results are used for iterative optimization to ensure optimal performance indicators.

Mold and Production
Mold development, trial production and verification, and final mass production and delivery.
